hey guys and gals I am getting a new truck in 2 years when my lease is up and I was going to get a sport and they come with 265/65 r17.i would like to go to 265/70 r17 to fill the wheel well a little more.i was thinking about changing the spare to that size too but I was wondering if anyone knows if that size would fit in place under the truck for a spare even though the new size isn't a lot different and I will be keeping the stock wheels also so I don't think I will have an issue with rubbing either on the truck.

I haven’t done it personally, but I’ve read that other people were able to get 285’s to fit under their bed.

I too will confirm that it'll fit no issue! Good idea having a full sized spare.
