Anybody know if a 255/85R16 will fit in the stock location ....maybe with a little mod?

    Extra bump.

I have stock 265/70R16 and switching to 265/75R16. Not that big of a difference but still curious.

You would definitely have to cut out some brackets, even then it might be a little tight

265/75/16 will fit with no modification, at least i did not have to do any

    Stickers. Lots of stickers.
I have a 285/75/16. on an after market wheel. It fits fine underneath. Although, the tire was worn a little

First month of ownership... This month I'm removing front air dam, and also Rhino lining the bed.
I have a 265/75-R16 spare that fits great, but that's it. Anything any bigger would require a custom bumper or some other modifications.

i running a 255 75 17 as a spare, no fitment problems, could be bigger.
My tire is bigger than yours.
