    Hello TW,
I recently swapped out my stock TRD Pro rims and tires with Sema 17" and 265/70R17 Falken Wildpeak AT/3Ws. I wanted to have the same setup for my spare so I bought a 5th Sema and tire. I was just about to mount the spare under my truck and noticed that the chain doesn't look very substantial. I thought I'd check with the community before I proceed. The total weight of the new setup is 66.4# and I'm wondering if the chain for the spare is beefy enough to hold that weight. Anyone have any experience with this setup? Any concerns?

Note: I don't want to put the spare in the bed or on top of the truck so neither of those options are in play.

You’ll be fine, people mount 285’s under there and it works.
