Hello, currently I have an ugly black wheel on the bottom of my cab where the spare hangs, but I was wondering If I could replace it with a stock wheel (does the hub cap come off/ does it fit into the spot?). Thanks so much for your help, and I included a picture of the type of wheel I'd want to replace it with.

    Of course!

The center cap is a compression / press fit with the hub. You wouldn’t purchase a separate center cap for the spare, you’d re-use the existing cap.

Buy a new wheel and swap it over and you’re golden. Just be aware that the spare doesn’t use TPMS so the truck would throw a light if you had a flat.

You're good to go, the spare wheel and tire are the same size as the factory steel wheels you show in your picture so if you buy another one of them it'll fit into the spare location just fine. The hub cap does come off of the wheel and I'd recommend keeping it safely stored in the cab of the truck detached from the wheel.

Edit @MikeyMcFly said it better and faster but I'll leave my response for consensus.
