LED interior, license plate, and fog lights. More to come.
Seeing the lean codes for both banks my first thought was vacuum leak. Glad you got it figured out.

A "bad" PCV valve hose on a 6 year old truck.

They didn't by chance, elaborate on that, did they?
They weren't out to screw you, or something more expensive would have been "bad," but interesting, nonetheless.

Ordered some Denso iridium's off Amazon, this thread has convinced me to return them and get OEM.

Something tells me that you did the remove or unplug each COP thing checking for a dead hole and did not erase/clear the DTCs before driving and then running the AZ code puller after the CEL/MIL came back on...

Glad you got it working now...:bananadance:

Screenshot_20250311_230939_Chrome.jpgso after I finished the job my truck didnt run, I was stressing out id have to take everything apart again and redo the entire job. My trucks 10 years old this year with 250,000 km and never taken it to a mechanic. I went to my night shift with my wifes car and I dug deep into what I could have done. Then I saw this post and thought, I remember one clip being kinda tight where the wires barely made it. Got home and saw all my plugs were black. I ended up plugging one in wrong. Boom truck back to normal. I guess Its time to clean my engine bay.
Thanks to you 2 guys who sparked the idea20250311_074734.jpg
