So on dual electrode plugs should each electrode be .22 from center or both .44? I know, dumb question but my first time putting plugs in a 3.4.

You lower the gap for boosted applications. 0.028'' is a good place to start for boosted applications.

For the dual electrode plugs on a stock engine. .035-.041 is fine.
