Installed Overhead Compass and Temperature Display along with outside temperature sensor and wiring; LED lights reverse backup; LED license plate lights; Added GTA Bluetooth Audio kit to stock radio for iphone audio; Spare tire steel braided air hose extension connection to rear bumper; Installed new headlights along with new bulbs PIAA H4 XTreme and for fog lights PIAA H10 XTreme bulbs. Installed new hood with "hood-scoop". Installed Predator Side Steps. Replaced front chrome grill with customized color matched (Desert Sand Mica) grill with added TOYOTA lettering (also in matched color), installed and secured tailgate anti-theft devices. Also installed a new external TPMS monitor for all 4 tires.

Posting for myself, I say purchase them directly from the dealer (that's what I do) but I'm sure others will chime in and suggest otherwise (such as Ebay, online store, etc.) you really can't go wrong buying them from the dealership that is unless you give them the incorrect engine info.

Yes you can go in to an auto parts store and request to purchase Denso or NGK's but they just may or may not have the one's specifically for your engine?
The dealership will definitely have what you need.

I used to change mine every 60K in my 2008 4.0 V6, so at 175K when I traded the truck I had changed them twice. I always bought the plugs at the dealer, and yes, they needed to be re-gapped. I used to use just a drop of anti sieze on the threads. It's pretty straight forward job as described in a few videos posted on YouTube. There is 'stuff' in the way, but I didn't think it was that bad. Especially after the dealer quoted me a ridiculous price of around $200 to do it. I think the plugs cost around $30 if I remember right? Go for it!

The owners manual states the gap should be 1.1 mm or 0.043 in.

They are good! They are what I am running in mine and were recommended in a thread a few months ago.

Obtain the VIN for your truck
    Go to Toyota dealer
Give them the VIN and ask for spark plugs for that VIN
