    The page you posted clearly says iridium plugs for 4-cylinder Tacomas.
    If you have a V6, it uses copper plugs.

    I have a new ( to me) truck. I’m pretty sure the manual to my old truck (‘08 4.0) gave me two options for the plug specs. NGK and Denso

    Correct -- and most (if not all) 4.0L Tacomas left the factory with Densos in one cylinder bank and NGKs in the other. Either is fine as replacements, though more owners seem to prefer Densos.
