spark plugs

The set I have has three different lengths. The extensions do not remove from the plug sockets. The magnetic sockets are what I wanted. I’ve had issues with old plug sockets that have deteriorated rubber pie es that drop plugs.

You didn’t start anything. Some here will turn anything into an arguable topic, you did nothing.

 

This is what I am looking at buying, guys.

 

I referenced to the 2GR-FKS specs, which is 13.
1gr is 15.
Applying your versatile tool, should you be using 17 on 1gr?

 

15 inch pounds would work out to about 1.25 foot pounds. Conversely 15 foot pounds would work out to about 180 inch pounds.

 

I didn't think it was 15 inch pounds but I thought I had read SOMEWHERE on here the torque spec was ____ inch pounds. I know the conversion rate is "inch pounds divided by 12 = foot pounds" or "foot pounds X 12 = inch pounds". Therefore 13 ft lbs = 156 in lbs.

Nothing to apologize for, different people like different tools. Same as brands I like Snapon guys like Mac some Harbor Freight as long as it gets the job done.
Some guys just have to be a wise ass on here when someone suggests something different they don’t agree with.

Anyone ever hear of Bilitool?? This set has more sizes/options than the Eastwood set. I know The company is from China, but not much isn't made overseas anymore.

 

I almost got that set. I really only need a 5/8” set. I went with a three piece, three lengths.

No sir, I have an old 3/8 3pc locking extension set. Never had an issue with the plug falling out of the socket.

 

Well, I got a birthday coming up in less than 3 weeks, and both my kids have Amazon accounts. So, looks like I may get this as a gift.
