is anyone having issues keeping your truck aligned? Ive had my truck aligned 4 times in the last 5 months and it somehow keeps coming out of alignment. Not sure if the techs aren't torquing the cams correctly or wtf they're doing. But it shouldn't be out of alignment a few hundred miles after it comes off the rack.

anyone else run into issues of maintaining an alignment with SPCs?

Mark your LCA cams. Make sure to get print outs and compare the readings to find the angle going out. SPCs have 2 more places of movement, well actually one which involves the groove the camber moves in. If that nut were to come loose your camber would go way negative before it could possibly jump out of the groove and change caster, but by then you are in a VERY dangerous place.

my camber is the only settng currently out, unless something else has moved in the last week. -.3 degrees, not a huge deal. but frustrating as the tech said he "couldnt adjust it" lol

good idea to mark my cams though

Your answer just answered the question although, I will say, it's hard to get exact repeatability on specs even when rolling the vehicle off the rack and putting it right back on. The question is how much did it change from the last alignment. And the answer, since you said ONLY the camber changed has to be the SPC uca lock down nut is loose and allowed the camber to change as that's the ONLY way camber would change by itself, assuming there's nothing bent. If the LCA cams moved then you would see a change in both cast camber and even toe.

ok, well then I'd like to retract my statement. Sorry for the confusion.

Based on the print out, everything changed my initial "perfect" alignment. then the tech was able to get everything back in except for the camber.

It does not appear that top nut has moved

Nah, with SPCs there should be no reason you can't get all the specs in assuming your not crazy lifted. Upload your sheet if you can.

Yes it does. Your right. But caster isn’t moved so it still rules out the LCA cams. The print out(s) will tell the story.

Here are the print outs I’ve got. The first one is not the final when the initially did the alignment. But it’s what Ive got.

I used this for caster/camber at home: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00PKI0WXM?ie=UTF8 . Literally takes maybe 5-10 minutes to measure and is accurate enough (compared it to alignment sheet right after leaving the shop and it was spot on). For toe did both toe plates and jack stands+fishing line and take a bunch of measurements - that part is a bit more time consuming as the tolerances are small. Drive the truck around the block, remeasure, adjust etc. Drives fine, steering wheel straight, no weird tire wear so far (maybe 3k miles so far on new tires) ... gave up on alignment shops as they'll say one thing and do another and last time they managed to scratch my rims pretty bad (and tried to cover it up with a black pen...)

~2.3 caster (both sides)/ 0 camber passenger / 0.15 camber driver / 0.15-0.3 total toe (hard for me to measure super precise but no abnormal tire wear)
SPC set at "F", spc bolts maybe 80-90% towards the middle for camber, max caster on lowers, tie rods about 3 threads visible both sides
