I had my UCAs replaced this last weekend, the tech installing them misunderstood my instructions and installed them with the caster adjustment cam facing the cab, so I ended up with a caster of ~0.7 degrees

I am going to adjust them back to the 3.0 setting, but had a question regarding doing that.

To adjust the cam it looks like I would have to separate the UCA/balljoint and the spinde, correct?

To do so do I have to remove anything else, or just disconnect the brake line from the UCA, knock it loose and adjust?

Only concern is getting the balljoint back into the spindle, I've replaced shocks before and installed coil overs, but never UCAs. I wanted to make sure I didnt have to removed anything else to allow it to bolt back together.

You do not have to remove the ball joint from the spindle. Remove the large nut that holds the ball joint to the uca, separate the two just enough to rotate the ball joint to the desired position and retighten to 150 ft lbs. Make sure the square washer between the uca and ball joint sits properly in the channel.
