So after having installed a Pro Comp 6" last November and soon after having an ALL-Pro front bumper installed, I noticed that when turning and the coilovers compressed due to road bumps, holes and all that, my front tires would rub on the back of the wheel well. So I tasked myself with finding the solution to the problem. As I came to find, I needed to get new UCAs that are adjustable to change caster and give more tire clearance, but after substantial research and suggestions from other TW members finally decided to buy and install SPC LR UCAs.
Now, I know there are really good posts out there about the ideal camber, caster, and toe on lifted Tacos, especially for 3" lifts and also SPC UCAs install reviews, but they are all at least a couple years old and so on. Since it's now the year 2015 and I have a 6" lift, I figured it would be a good idea to hear people's up-to-date experiences on the subject matter, and alternatively provide my newfound info after reading posts for so long, and after doing he install and trying to eliminate the rubbing of the damn tire. There is just something very unsexy about a lifted truck that has to slow down while turning to not rub lol.

At any rate, I debated whether to get the Pro Comp UCAs or SPCs UCAs, and ended up going with the SPCs instead mainly because of the affordability, and the extensive amount of good reviews on the SPCs and almost no reviews on the Pro Comp. As of this time my truck is sitting in the parking lot with the new SPC UCAs, which look awesome btw, ready to be aligned tomorrow at noon. From my research mainly through TW threads, I came to the conclusion that I will have them set Toe to 0, camber to 0, and Caster as close to 3 degrees as possible (I might compromise on caster a little bit if it means getting a bit more clearance, but I'll see once it's all said and done).
If it comes to me needing to chop the cab mount if it doesn't work, I will, I have made my peace. I have access to a shop where I can do it myself, so if I have to do it, I will do it to my liking.
Anybody in the year 2015, thinking of installing new UCAs or having installed new recently in order to set alignment within ideal parameters, post here and let us update all this awesome info. Not saying that it's outdated, I simply want recent experiences and so on because I am currently working on it.
