I got ya but thought I’d share it while I had it. This way if someone wants to download to their files folder on the phone they would have it without having needing access to the internet..

 

The great thing about this thread is that not only do we have images of the hard copies, we have the link to the .pdf as well, and I just confirmed the .pdf was archived on the wayback machine so we are covered. Threads like these make TW a solid research tool.
