Was going to order the speaker bolt kit from ********* but it was $23 (because of $13 shipping!). So thought I'd head to Menards instead if I new the size and length needed for a 1" deep bracket. Anyone buy their own that will screw in to the door?

Just take the stock bolts with you and get something the same just longer. Lowes has a thread pattern application thingy in the hardware aisle that will help you choose.

I've never had them apart but would guess they are 6mm bolts. Any box store or fastener store, like fastenal, will be able to help you.
