As the title says, I have a non-JBL system and am looking to replace all of the speakers. I have a Joying head unit with reported 4x50w of power output. I also have an off-brand amp and two 10" subs in the rear. I'm looking for better quality midrange bass and vocals but I don't want to spend $1k either. I'm thinking components for the front doors (but what size?) and 6.5s in the rear doors. If not components, than what speaker would pair well with a set of Kicker tweeters? I don't know a whole lot about stereo systems so any help would be greatly appreciated. I forgot to add that I do plan to put sound deadening in the doors as well.

I do not have the sub or sub kit. I just did a drop in alpines or my atoto hu.

Nearly any brand speaker will be an improvement over the factory speakers. I swapped in some Kicker 6x9s & tweeters in front door panels. Made the stock non-JBL sound worlds better.

I might just do something similar to this. I don't need anything spectacular, just something significantly better than factory. Thanks for the suggestion.
