Headed back up to FineLine Grafix today and had my rear bumper covered in flat black vinyl and also debadged everything.

Here's his info for those interested:

    Mike Perine (619) 966-9917
    11421 Woodside Ave. Ste. C
    Santee, CA 92071

Mike's done some bad ass wraps on Porsches, Ferraris, and other high end cars. Very methodical, awesome work.

Here are the domed vinyl graphics he made to replace my chrome badges. I want to clean and wax the areas that were debadged this weekend plus they're still drying so I can't stick them on until Monday.

And my windshield once again for color comparison...

Now that I think about it, I may just go with the old school "TOYOTA" across the tailgate in gunmetal...hmmmm

The bumper ended up being $80. Vinyl's not cheap! Also Mike spent a while blowtorching the vinyl to get it wrapped smoothly around the corners. Took about an hour. I can't imagine wrapping that Porsche!

Thanks! There are some small chips in the paint from offroading that I've noticed when looking closely at the wheels but nothing huge. Way cheaper to paint them yourself and do a touch up every now and then.

That will happen, chips and paint just come with the territory, it just looks better, it just means..I use my truck.

With the sand paper I worked my way from 180, 400, then to 1,000 grit. I'm pretty sure the primer was the self sealing sandable kind also by rust-oleum. I had the tires on too unfortunately so I lined the edges with duct tape. Good luck today Jerry let's see some before and after pics! :D
