Ok so I have decided to just go with 5100 setup for my truck. I just want it to sit a bit higher, level, and put some meaty 32's on it. I know I can put 32's on now but just clearing the air of what I want. Heres my measurments:Front-34 1/8 from the ground and 20 1/4 from center of hub. Rear-35 1/2 and 21 3/8. So based on your guys expertise :D, what setting do i need the fronts at and what size aal in the rear? Also 5125's in the rear just allow you to flex more? Thanks a lot guys!

It depends on how much you want it lifted. Run a 1.5"aal and set the billies at 2.5" if you want the max out of them

I just dont want to risk the possibility of getting aftermarket uca's. So I guess if I set the fronts to the middle setting I would get a 1in aal?

don't go over 2" in the front if you don't want want uca's. 1" aal should be good. depends on how much weight you carry if any.

I run my front at 2.5 we'll see if it'll align on monday. I will post results with stock uca's.

billies set at 2.25 in the front don't require aftermarket upper control arms from my personal experience.

Based on your Center hub to Fender difference and without a AAL...I would suggest only .85. and you will be able to fit 32" or 265/75 without rubbing

I had a 2" difference front to rear, so I did 1.75" and it came out perfectly level. See my write ups

    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2nd-gen-tacomas/242974-bilstein-5100s-question-2.html#post5827593

If you add 1.5 AAL, then set your front at 2.5" and you will only have .25 difference (which is what I have....so it will basically be level.)

    Good Luck

you can fit 267/75r16 on stock wheels without any lift and not rub.

I said mine is set at 1.75 and is perfectly level, it rides awesome...much better than stock.

I said my(front to back) difference was at .25 which is the same if you did yours at 2.5. Make sense now?

Homer - on my 2012, my 265/75/16 did rub when turned all the way and you went over a small bump(even with the mud flaps removed), like turning into the driveway (although my wheels are 8.5 wide, so that might have something to do with it). Anyway after 1.75" lift, no rub at all.

Gotcha. Do you have any pics of your truck with the lift on with your stock wheels?

I can't add much here since I have a regular cab, but my Bilsteins @ 2.5" and Wheeler's rear 3 leaf progressive AAL + overload kept, resulted in an almost level truck (front may be tiniest bit higher). Hell, it might be level, but I do have a camper shell on. I'm not sure how much that contributes to the sag, but I can only assume if this identical setup was used in 6 cyl, you'd be either a) perfectly level, or b) have the slightest amount of rake.

I guess the TSB could affect things, I just had the stock 3 leaf total setup with no TSB applicable. I may have gone with a 2" AAL if I could go back in time not necessarily for the rake, but just to ensure that I have 0% bro lean going on. Aligned today, came out fine to my great liking.

I have a 2011 DCSB TRD off road Prerunner. If I set the 5100s to .85 how much would it lift my truck? Would it leval the truck? I do'nt wont to do anything in the rear. I would do just the 5100s in the rear.

So what is your setup besides 2.5? Stock coils, three or 4 pack leaves, size of aal? That looks great by the way
