    nope, you would need a compressor, some more air line, and a button to trigger it all. mount wire and plumb it up and you'd be ready to rock. easy stuff. compressors can be had for like $75 for a decent one on craigslist or ebay. button and wiring would run you maybe $30 at radio shack and air line is cheap from any air bag site online.

    EDIT: just saw you're in land o' lakes. you're right up there by hornblasters, you could just stop in and they'd give you what you need.
