It’s only a small 40 mile stretch. But it is the location I let my Corvette blow some carbon out.

Yea and we set them same way. Then years later lower them because people are idiots and can't learn to slow down when we have weather. Then the cops post up and give tickets out all day. Haha.

Texas only has 1 season and its super flat. You cant really compare it to anywhere else.

I think you need to visit Texas in the winter, tour the hill country, Piney woods of East Texas and Big Bend. Each of these locations are larger than many states.

zero chance you would maintain those speeds in GA Or FL. South Georgia you will have gotten 8 tickets. One for each of the last 8 exits in GA going southbound. Once in Floriduh you will hit nothing but construction zones before you merge onto I95 where it goes into full blown retard-mode.
So your average speed for the total trip, taking only one piss break will be -32MPH. Taco Engine will be safe. :)

I had one of those OH FUCK moments heading up I-75 N. in GA a couple years ago. Saw the dreaded gray car parked on the damn overpass, and looked down and I was at 90 MPH.

Slowed down and watched him speeding down the ramp behind me, got over in the slow lane to pull off, and he got the car behind me. I was in a damn 2 door too, I've heard they like those like red cars.

Never had "too" many problems on I-95.

I-4 is the one I hate.
