Once I put my 3inch lift on and bigger tires. Where do I go to get my Speedometer, PCS sensor, and lane departure re-calibrated?

Speedometer depends on tire size not lift.

The other things depend on your specific truck, you’ll know after the lift if you need to.

The speedometer cannot be "calibrated." You'll need to either buy an in-line module that does the size correction for the truck's computer, like the HyperTech, or wait until OVTune releases the tune that includes it. Either way, it will cost you money.
