Spending the weekend in SoCal and the number of Tacomas is ridiculous

Tacomas, mostly 3rd gens are everywhere! My wife and I were laughing about it after a while. I was driving yesterday on the pch in San Diego north county and decided to play a game and see if could hold my breath in between seeing a Tacoma. The longest interval was about 25 seconds. Any year counted and it was rather busy but holy crap never have I seen so many.

You should go to Hawaii, for every 4 cars you pass, 3 are tacomas.

 

So true, I wasn't shocked to learn the Tacoma is the best selling vehicle in Hawaii . They're absolutely everywhere.

Same story up in my neck of the woods. Tacomas are eeeeeverywhere.

 

With such a high concentration of Tacomas in southern Cal and Hawaii , you would think there would be a boatload of people complaining about engine failures and oil leaks from those regions , but that’s not the case , which leads me to believe that these problems are even more isolated than it seems … which is great news
