    TW correct me if I'm wrong but I think he needs to add another gallon of Diesel since the delay in going full bore conversion has messed with the Catalytic cycle and he needs to start over.

    Have you considered what you're going to do about urea?
    I'm not sure how the emissions laws relate to converted diesels.
    Maybe you can just pee in the tank?
