    She ain't moving, she's just on her back with her legs sprawled out.

    I've been reading that it could be as short as 30mins and up to 12hours or so.

    Not sure when she got into this position as I've been busy all day, but she wasn't like that this morning.

    The upper and bottom most depict leg span, the center two from edge of carapace to the bottom of the abdomen.

    She's only going to be bigger now once she crawls out.

    You guys have way more spiders (not to mention cooler ones!) so I thought I'd attempt at a humble offering with these pics and measurements.

    Leg span was actually 5 1/8" (blame the angle, the tape measure is square between the ends of the feet)



    Fangs are curved but come in at an estimated (not accounting for the curvature) 3/8"





    Just imagine a big booty behind that carapace

    Oh trust me I'll keep an eye out since I was bummed that I couldn't sex it by molt.

    Its in its burrow and I'll leave it there until next week when it feeds.

    Can tell you, its lets are so much longer!

    At that current size if it didn't molt into a mature male with the last molt then it's probably a female.
