& i was just providing my experience. You got pissy, not me, basically saying that my 11 years of proof was worthless. That’s fucking moronic. My way worked. You’re way worked. We were both successful... & my Bora instructions specifically stated not to use Loctite. Call them & tell them that they’re wrong. Keep me posted... & I didn’t fully charge my bluetooth speaker before use per the instructions. Tell me it didn’t work...

I had to buy a new set of nuts before I could sell the spacers. Fortunately, standard wheel nuts are cheep.

Somewhat. I've also looked into that. Turns out the wheels have slightly less stress because of the way they are built to support that weight evenly on the hub across the wheel itself. Where the spacer cant do it as well as the wheel can. Fortunately it wont wear a BJ out like half the life of it. But still more than usual

You always want to retorque your spacers after a harsh offroad trip or a certain amount of miles within first install.

IDK man. I think your going to get stuck in a loop if you do this. If you break the bond - you have to clean, re-apply and re-torque. So then are you required to start the process all over again?

Don't overtorque and you will decrease the possibility of breaking the bond. Simple as that.

You might be right, IDK. I've also seen where people say to check at 10# less than original. I don't think that you accomplish anything by checking at less.

Ignoring... Isn’t that the equivalent of punching someone in the face & then running away... figures, lol. Give people shit & preach the instructions, but it’s ok if you don’t follow the instructions & you don’t want to hear anything about it. Lol!

He is a hypocrite. Read my last post. That’s just calling it like it is. If there’s a name attached to that, so be it, lol... You guys are girls.

Anyone reading this has the opportunity to decide for yourself. I did say that the instructions want you to re-torque. And have discussed the issues and debate about doing so.

I would never suggest to NOT use Loctite.

If you can break the bond by checking the torque, the installation wasn’t right to begin with. It takes a lot of torque to break the bond of red loctite.

“Anyone reading this has the opportunity to decide for “themselves””... & i have given real world evidence about how not using Loctite has worked for 11 years. I have proof & you have an opinion... but i get. You’re better than me. That makes the most sense. You win, dude.
