So my 2005 2.7L Reg Cab Tacoma with 366k miles burns oil, so I keep a quart of motor oil in the bed (with tonneau cover). At times the quart container falls over and leaks onto the bed. Is there a better storage container for emergency oil or something small that can keep it upright? Thanks

Suggest you put your oil container in another container. An old cooler, ammo box, Tupperware etc. Also tie the container down.

I also use a milk crate bungeed in the bed. Keeps stuff from moving around.

Most people just find a place under hood to stuff it in a corner.
Away from exhaust manifolds of course

They have bolt in underhood tool boxes made of plastic.

Good for a quart of oil, funnel and a rag.

Inused to sell them at AutoZone back in the day when I worked there.

Very common item in race car trailers. Check out Summit Racing, Jegs, etc. and you'll see a variety.
