I have a 2010 Prerunner. I bought it with a 6inch lift spindle. I don't want the truck at 6" high since I want to slowly but a bolt on LT suspension. Should I get the stock spindles or buy a 3"inch lift spindle.
If i get a stock i probably would purchase the baja gusset kit to weld it on.

Don’t believe anyone makes a 6 inch spindle. Usually it’s a 4” lift spindle and a spacer on top of the coilovers to achieve the 6”. Almost all the other 6” kits are drop bracket kits. You need to determine on how the 6” was achieved and go from there. If it’s a 4” spindle plus a spacer it’s a pretty easier reverse if it’s a DB kit it’s a whole lot more work.

Okay sounds good, i didn't know that. I'm glad my truck is a 2WD because they didn't add a DB. The previous owner told me the spindle was a 6 inch lift with blisten shock absorber using stock coils. Unless he meant the truck can achieve 6inch lift because of the shocks. Because he lowered the shocks to it's lowest setting. So the truck looks like it's sits at 4inch lift.
My truck sounds all ate up now that I'm typing it out. I think I'll replace my spindle and see how it goes from there
