I'm going king 2.5s all the way around with tc uca's. I'm wondering if going the spindle route which is 4" or 3.5" if I go tc, is the best option if I'm trying to be level. I'm gonna be running 33s and I want to be level and have good ride quality in the back.

What leaf pack or aal would be recommended to be level with a spindle lift? Or should I just forget the spindle lift does it really do anything for performance?...Normally don't have a load in the bed but will fill it a couple times a month when going to the desert or something.

Spindle does nothing for performance, it basically keeps the suspension geometry and ride stock (as long as you have stock suspension components except the spindles)

But having spindles and lowering the preload on your c/o's does that improve performance of road or general ride quality? Or is it better to just run the kings at 2.5

I'm not sure on that, i have no experience with coil overs, but in theory, yes, it'll ride a little smoother/better.

Run the kings with the spindles and have no preload. Much better ride, I know from personal experience

^ What he said. Spindles will give you lift without sacrificing on road ride quality. I got rid of almost all of my preload....make sure to leave a little bit of preload on driver's side ( I didn't, Doh!) for your Taco lean

Same here, it improves your ride and you get a lift.

Hey hey watch what you're saying. The spindle alone does not improve your ride. If you had previous lift, 2"-3", most likely it was from preloading your coils...adding the spindle merely provides lift, NOTHING ELSE. An after effect is if you are happy with the 3"+ lift you can relax the prload on your coils and yes, you will have a happier ride.

Just don't want to confuse anyone thinking spindles will make the ride better. I was pulling like 6" of lift with spindles and preloaded coils, but the ride was exactly the same as pre-spindle lift, i just sat alot higher

Okay so if I go spindle then I don't have to have any preload on my kings which will be a better ride, but what should I do in the back to keep it level? Icon progressive aal or a full dakar pack? I want to to be level but still have good ride quality in the back.

I went with all pro expo pack and I was pretty level with maxtrac 4" spindles up front. Without any weight in the back I'm definitely a little ass high. With 2 spares and a big ass box full of dirt and rocks(a good 250+ lbs) Its almost perfectly level
