    Spindle lifts are only for 2wd trucks. Since you have CVs, it they won't work unless you feel like going rwd only. You do have plenty of options for either new coilovers and leafs or more budget options like spacers and blocks.

    What do you mean by upgrade? There are some companies that make strong aftermarket spindles or strengthening gussets for the oem ones, but they're not going to net you any lift on their own. There's a bunch of places that make the gussets for oem spindles, but Camburg is the only one I know off the top of my head that makes aftermarket spindles.
