Spindle/Steering Knuckle for Taco

Ok... I'm looking for a used steering knuckle/spindle for the passenger side front of my Taco.. apparently it's slightly bent, hard to see, but looks like it's enough to throw out the alignment and cause the tire to wear on the inside badly after a while of running it.

Searching through some junk yards, one comes up with a spindle for a '98 4Runner... would that fit on my truck? Having a hard time cross-referencing parts and I hate calling the dealer cause they try selling me new.. not something I want to do at $400+ for new.
