So this thread all started while we we're still doing R&D on the best ways to mount them to prevent premature stretching/tearing. Theres a ton of small details embedded in the first 10+ pgs of thread like not to overtighten the hardware, using nylon loc nuts for the exact purpose of not overtightening and letting the loc nuts do its job.

    TO THE THREAD:
Initially, we didn't anticipate this thread growing as fast as it did. I can tell that some of these little yet important details may have become buried in thread. I understand people don't have the time or patience to read through 30+ pgs of misc. information so I will be giving the OP a facelift in the next few days that highlights ways to care for your guards to make em last. Just like the glass windows in your trucks, spray em down, wipe em down with purposeful cleaners/protectants to prevent hazing/cracking you must do the same with rubber!!

    :mudding:Happy trails TW!!

I've encountered this issue one other time during the course of this thread, and it was with a Group Buy shipment. Long story short we got it figured out so rest assured! I'll PM updates as it unfolds

I'm pretty sure I read that when half the batch has been spoken for and paid then he will start shipping. Already 1/2 the batch has been spoken for just not all have paid. As soon as more people pay from what I read then they'll start shipping. If I am wrong then I stand corrected.

This is a killer deal for this product and I am patiently waiting as best I can. Looks like you're the 11th to pay so we are 1 more closer to them starting to ship.

All we need is a couple more by my maths to pay then let the shipping commence! :boink:

Thread Update. The 7th batch will be the last of the group buy batches I'm hosting. For future reference I'll still be selling sets but moving toward a per order basis. Effective when the 7th batch closes out orders will ship within 3 business days with hardware kit to mount, installation instructions and maintenance/care reccomendations ect. all included with each order. This will also eliminate confusion and address any frequently asked questions. Come that time the price will reflect those changes. Besides, the info in the thread is always free.50!! Thanks TW the OP is undergoing renovations stay tuned!

Pictures as promised. I ended up opting to use all christmas clips that i ordered off of Amazon. Iirc, i bought a 50 pack and have about half of them leftover for whenever i may have to take a couple out to grease my TC uca's. On the front area near the resi brackets, i chose not to use a clip under where the bottom of the resi mount is since it basically pinched the guard between the bracket and the frame and it wasnt necessary.

Edited to add: i didnt have to remove the resi brackets completely for install, just had to loosen them up so i could fit the guards in between them.

Totaled stoked with how it turned out fit and finish wise! Thanks again @cnote4l
