    May be planning on hitting URE I hope they get here Fri and I have time to install before I head down. Last time with no splash gaurds=lots of time getting caked mud and crap out of the engine bay. Either that or could be a late night campsite install. :thumbsup:

    @cnote4l

    Any reason mine are doing this on a couple of the attachment points? Not even tight on them either? Just cracking around them all together and where they flex?

    By the looks of the photos your fender washers are a bit too tight. When off-roading/highway driving etc. the guards are flexing and moving freely, so when the guard is pinned against the body/frame then that specific area that's pinned isn't flexing while the rest of the guard is. If the rubber is 'lipping up' around the fender washer it's soley due to the hardware being overtighened which is causing a pressure point and eventually carving thru the material overtime.
    (Red arrows pointing to the lip created around the fender washer) 20171110_155214.jpg

    Trying to post a Vid of the hardware on my truck but it won't allow an upload from my phone. So I will Edit back with a Vid later on.

    You'll want to be able to freely wiggle and shift the fender washers with your fingers even while it's all mounted

    I am able to do that on pretty much all of the washers though. I tightened the hardware down and then backed them off so that they have wiggle room.

    Maybe it is just these two mounting points as the others are not like this on either side?

    That narrows it down fairly quickly since all other mounting points are intact. Possible that those two spots in questions weren't backed off enough? I ask because all my mounting points are still intact and I have been running the same guards since day 1 months before I started selling any on TW
