Splash guards for blind spot sensors would be a great idea - especially for those in snowy - icy - rainy or salty areas -

@cnote4l i dont, but with the snow, i read a few people having issues with them with slush and salt buildup - thought maybe it would be something you could add to your front guards if it would be someway to attach them

The blind spot sensors are located inside the two corners of the rear bumper right?

On the second link it shows stock placement behind the factory rear bumper, but i don't see how they get dirty - must be a gap that stuff gets into - the first link shows aftermarket bumper but show the location

From what it looks like the sensor boxes are embedded between the corner bumper covers and factory plastics

Sweet. Used the site to buy clips. Some of my originals have lost their clip power with this winter

LMK when these are back in stock! I cannot stand the factory ones. Also I have a 2.5 suspension lift, do I need a special size? 2016 Taco, Icon Dynamics 2.5 suspension?

    *bump*

Just got mine installed a few days ago and couldn’t be happier so I wanted to share some pics. I installed my suspension a couple weeks ago and removed the OEM “guards” prior so I’d have more working room and I knew these were on the way. After the install I just left the OEMs off, they barely cover and are so thin it’s amazing they don’t tear off! I think 2 days post install I received the PROTECs with upgraded clips.. I unboxed them and unfortunately then had to go out of town until last weekend and like I said installed a few days ago..

While I was out of town Cody DMd me making sure I had received the guards and offered to answer any questions regarding install, and followed up after I told him I’d be doing it. Super impressed he thought of my order and checked up, customer service has been absolutely A+ even before my order was made.. and I’m now confident the engine bay will be protected while I’m out running this suspension through its paces :burnrubber: Looks better at the mall too, makes that King blue pop :bananadance:

Some pics before/after (I don’t have any pics with the OEM pieces but those should be easy enough to find)

    Thanks again Cody!
