OEM mud flaps screw in. What clips are you trying to remove?

There is a hole in the center of the clip, is that not the release for it? Or just a little elbow grease needed just didn't want to mess them up...

Toyota you usually put the screws in three that hole and they mount like that. No need to remove the clips usually.

Yea, usually the screws they give you screw right into those. If they didn't come with any extra clips, that's how they mount

WTF did Toyota add an extra ledge to the cab mount?

If you are going to install the Toyota OEM mud guards, DON'T remove those clips. The guards I ordered from the dealer had no instructions and I tried like hell to remove one of the clips before realizing that is what the guards are mounted to. Had to use a slightly larger screw on the one I "buggered" but all went well after that.

Should be a small packet of them inside the box, if they are the OEM mudflaps
