Could be a little marketing gimmick. Like a little demonstration with downspouts that function and what not.

Like one side could be what happens when you have bad gutters and the other side could be properly functioning gutters :notsure:

They want winners to do those reviews.

Tell them that you won several major auto races.
Tell them you were the first man on Mars.
Tell them you worked for Chase.
Tell them your mother was killed while performing a heroic rescue in Ukraine.
Tell them you graduated from Yale and Princeton at the same time with a 5.0 GPA.

Worked well for that other guy.

The sponsors I had for hang gliding approached me at a competition after years of me flying my ass off and doing well in comps. They then required me to be a rose-colored glasses posterchild in exchange for discounts on wings and free gear. If I was a male I guarantee they wouldnt have given me a second glance but females doing extreme sports get attention for companies.
If youre trying to get into a sponsorship for most things you need to be marketable to a company and stand out in some fashion other than doing a review without say.. hurling your truck off a cliff or having a nice set for people to oogle at. Just my personal experience with it.
