Sport bike or Porsche?

    A little lift and a little armor
    Personally the Porsche 968 is one of my least favorite (besides the boxter) so I'm a little biased. I say get the bike. But I have to agree, the $6000 price tag seems a little steep.

    Missing My Last Tacoma --- Had 11 Toyota trucks in the past and many other Toyota cars too.

    That 968 can eat you alive in maintenance (labor & parts) ... :eek: ... unless you are a good mechanic and can get the parts wholesale.
    (Note ... Wholesale Porsche parts are still super expensive)

    I have never owned a bike ... but have owned several Porsches and I would go for the bike.

    I vote for a different sports car. Buddy has an 2001 Carrera Turbo and the thing has spend more time in the shop then on the road in the 2 years he has owned it.
