    Not high because.....

    1) Not many like that exist
    2) They're still old. Fuel system might need a revamp.
    3) $20g's is a lot to spend on a car that's over 15 years old.

What would be SIIIIIIIIIICK is if someone imported a 2002 Spirit R RX7 and was selling it. I'd pay upwards of $27k for that, maybe more.

Keep in mind that for most mustangs on the road it's true. Watching a few reviews on the newest mustang, many people mentioned how it's the first one that handles well with the solid rear axle.

But its exactly what you wanted to spend ;)..... oh, nevermind! I went to paste the address and the auction was ended early, whatya know. Theres a market for these low mileage 7s and they sell quickly. In two days it went from 200 to the 26900 they wanted.

I feel privileged to have been made aware of its sale. It was referenced in the tennspeed ad for the other one.

I know someone selling a CLEAN RX-7 in Dallas. here is the link:

    http://www.funcarsforsale.com/inven...azda-RX-7 - 5sp,Touring, 46k Miles, One Owner

This guy is A PLEASURE to work with. Very well know and highly respected in the Miata community. Give 'em a shout! He's been sitting on this RX for over 4 months, so that should give you some barganing power...

Two things.....first, fuck, I hate you. I'm not quite ready to make a move on anything yet but that's a Chaste White FD and I'd beautiful and all stock.

Second: Holy hell he wants a shit ton of money for it. Thing is likely on it's first engine too from the look of it. It's probably worth $15 tops judging from what others go for.

1972 Mustang Mach 1--- 532ci big block naturally aspirated 700hp Fully restored turn key car for 18k. (im trying to sell it so I can buy a new tacoma) it just sits in my garage and I have not even put 500 miles on it since I finished it last year.

I can set the car sideways at 55mph with my 28x12.50 slicks. Shes a scarrry ride and ive been around musclecars and big blocks my whole life.
Ever heard of the 100.00 Bill on the dash trick?? call all your friends and you can make some cash on the side. hahah

For sure man. Do you agree that his asking price is a bit outlandish regardless of how long he's had it?

Let me put it this way. This guy pays premiums for premium cars. Do I think is high? Probably. Would I buy it at that price? If I was on the market, Absofreackinglutely.

He also has the option of the buyer getting the car w/o updates. He's asking 19K for that. Say you drop him to 17K. Now y'all both in the sweet spot.

You're saying offer him $17 for the car without the updates or with the updates?

The only problem I have with the car (having only viewed on the web) is that it's a 46k mile FD. Now, a honda, nissan, toyota, hell...even a Ford would be fine at that mileage but we both seemingly know about rotaries and the problem here is that we really have no idea how much life is left on that motor. When it's time comes that engine will drop an apex seal and I'll be left with two options; rebuild or sell the rolling chassis.

I suppose that's a really long way of saying that it would be hard for me to spend that type of coin on a vehicle with an engine I fear might be at the end of it's life.

17K w/o. Let me tell you a little about this guy. Back when I was still living back home in Tampa, I tried to buy a 100K miles Miata from him. Before I made my travel arrangements, he calls me to tell me that the car is giving him problems and to give him about a week to sort out. He calls me 6 days later to tell me, that he will only sell the car locally after fixed or to part it out. It had to do with main harness, though I don't recall the specifics.

He did part it out. In any event he's as straight as they come, you won't loose with this guy. Heck U R in the Big D, pay him a visit, and have the car checked out by your own mechanic!

I think I'll go check it out if I have time.

Anyone want to buy a pair of custom audiophile grade speakers so I can buy a car?

So you say you want an FD. Here is one that you could possible get for $17, and there's one in TN with low miles for your target price.. What has to happen? Just curious.
