Gorgeous truck. The black on the sides help tone down the Orange a little. I’d drive that all day long.

I like my truck the way it is (roof top tent and all) - and I use it.

Why don't you just let dudes do whatever it is that other dudes want to do. Then you can continue to do whatever it is you do.

sidenote - I also have a ground tent.

But it can prevent a sale to a private buyer. Even dealers are reluctant to take trades on vehicles with anything but a clean history.

I understand what you are getting at, and apologize if any feelings got hurt. Not my intention.

However, honestly, if my opinion on this forum is preventing anyone from enjoying their Snorkel, their RTT, Rotopacks, or swing-out bumper, or causing them to regret these purchases, then on some level they must agree with something I said.

Personally I doubt very much it changes anyone’s opinion at all, but it’s fun to discuss anyways.

I understand what you’re saying - and don’t worry, I’m sure most of the people on here have thick skin. Or at least I do! :curls:

However, it’s always just disheartening when people are on here knocking other people’s interests/vehicles down.

Not saying you’re one of these people - but I’ve met guys on here that talk a lot of s*** and never end up leaving their house, stock Tacoma or overland ready.

I just think people should spend less time worrying about other people’s trucks and more time spent outdoors and showing us photos of all the good spots to go!

    Done with my rant.

I have two weeks leave and four states to camp and hit. :oldglory:

    Stay weird.

    Trevor.

I'd wager a few bucks that the people that can *actually* take a loss like that are few and far between and there are a lot more that want you to *believe* that they can, that's why they try to sell the vehicle with the cost of all the aftermarket parts rolled into it. Also, who the heck is paying 50-60k for a tacoma? o_O

Lots of people. The same kind of people who pay 80,000.00-90,000.00 for a Ford Raptor.

If I wanted to spend that much I could. There are people out there that can decide they want something, find out they don’t like it and get out. Recoup as much as they can and move on.

It takes all kinds to make the show go round. I can afford a nice cigar, just not the expensive matches.

Check out what the trd pros are going for. I have seen new ones locally at dealerships for over 60k.
