Spotter Mirror Upgrade with OEM BSM light (how to - picture heavy)

Maybe they sent the wrong (vehicle type) mirrors?

 

The SKUs match the site. I didn't see any embossed on the assembly itself but the pictures look right.

 

I'd say remove them, take pics, send pics and concerns to seller.

 

I removed the driver side the day I posted the first pictures. I also contacted the company. They did not see anything out of place but did note that the white connector base (to which the mirror assembly mounts) seemed like it was sticking further out. I wasn't able to push it in any further, and everything looked fine when I reinstalled the OEM mirror.

 

Thank you @RyanDCLB for this write up. I’ve had this one on my list for some time, but recently added 35% tint to my front windows making this almost a necessity. Knocked it out this morning over coffee.
