Anyone having this problem? I got over 10000 miles so my drivers seat has got some use. At the edge of the pen (in the pic) you can feel a wire or spring sticking out. You can see early signs of wear from whatever is poking out. The passengers side has the same problem in the same spot but not as bad probably because rarely someone sits there. You have to press down in that same area and you can feel a spring or wire poking up through the fabric.

disassemble the seat and repair the offending wire/spring.

Clip, bind, bend, sleeve with vacuum hose, whatever it takes.

    EDIT:

Whoops, sorry, just saw 3gen problem. Misread your 10k for a 100k.

    The new answer is 'Warranty'

If you get the old 'they're all like that' or 'that's a wear item', revert to my original answer. :D

Do you drive from the passenger seat...?? HaHa.. just kidding... sounds like it's worth taking in for a "they are all like that" from your dealer.... then go home and fix it...

    Problem solved..

Really confusing post. Driver's side has a problem, but then driver's side not as bad because rarely used?
