Yeah I sold a Remington 700 PSS a few weeks ago. High-end guns like that and your SOCOM are under appreciated by most average buyers. I was told a couple times "I can get a Remington 700 for a little over $400 new" but it's like comparing apples to grapes. You have a fine gun, hopefully you'll find a buyer that appreciates it and will put it to good use. GLWS.

. GLWS on the socom, I figured somebody would be interested by now... How much are they going for up there? I went to my local gun shop yesterday and they're selling the socoms for 1420.

 

Holy sh!t that is cheap. Where they the socom 16? or socom 2? socom 2 sell for 18xx ish and almost 2k with the extended rail. Thats stupid cheap even on ever gun website (buds guns, cheaper then dirt, broker) they sell for 18xxish. Id buy that if i was you.

I love that springfield...I was looking at getting one but around the end of november\december....if you still have it on your hands then i'll give you a shout. Good luck, they're both nice guns.

Well, besides the money issue, I'm waiting on my permit to go through so I can't buy it yet anyways. For now, all I can do is sit back and drool! The state is behind on processing permits so it could be a while before I can legally buy anything...

 

I really dont want too, if it doesnt sell I wont be upset just really want and LWRC. I need a piston ar in my life. So much cheaper to shoot.
