    Hey all,

I'm currently running Rough Country N3 struts with the OEM springs. It gives me about 3" of lift.

I plan on getting a CBI T3 steel bumper with a winch, but I know the stock springs won't be able to handle that much weight.

I reached out to Rough Country and was told the struts I purchased is considered to be a 3.0 coilover, so I know the new springs' inner diameter must fit my N3 struts.

I know the spring length is to be about 14in. and can handle about 650lb - 700lb.

I've done my research between OME and King springs and I'd really like to go with King springs. However, King says to go with their 3.0" ID springs for 2.5 coilovers and 3.75" ID springs for 3.0 coilovers (mine). I reached out to Rough Country to confirm that but RC told me that the 3.75" ID springs would be too big - which is the confusing part. King is telling me to go with the 3.75" ID springs but RC says they're too big even though RC told me my struts are 3.0 coilovers.

I feel like the King 3.0" ID springs they say is for 2.5 coilovers would fit my RC N3 struts because the OEM springs fit like a charm on the struts, but I wanted to get your guys' take on it.

Just wanted to reach out to you guys with what types of springs you recommend I go with that'll fit a 3.0 coilover and handle the weight of a steel bumper with winch.

    Thank you, guys!

Your RC N3 are 3" lift shocks not 3.0" diameter body shocks like how King and others describe their stuff.

    You need stock size coils.

Okay yeah, that's exactly what I was thinking. Would you by chance happen to know the ID of stock coils?

Does your truck ride similar to stock with the lifted struts?
