OME 9 pack rear springs, Bilistein 5100's, fully boxed frame, custom bumpers, high output alternator, high flow intake, shortened exhaust with Flowmaster muffler, grey wire mod, urethane bushings throughout, ceramic pads and drilled rotors 280,000K!
2000 Taco TRD V6, P0100 trouble code. I replaced MAS with one from my parts taco but still runs bad. It will start and idle fine, I can accelerate very slowly the RPMs but trying to drive or mash the gas pedal it sputters and spits. 290k miles with most all major things replaced ie timing belt, knock sensor etc.
Any tips as what to check?
    Thanks,
    Shawn

That is strictly a circuit check code. Try swaping with a known good part. Next check continuity of the plug to ground and the nearest junction.

It is possible a vacuum leak is simulating a faulty sensor as well , but I would expect a lean condition to accompany this.

Thanks, I'll give her a shot when this rain dies down.

When was the last time the spark plugs and wires were changed? Sputtering on acceleration is the classic symptom when either go bad on the 3.4. Both need to be changed out about every 60K miles. If you let it to ~80K that's when the sputtering starts.
