    Hey..I ordered a pair on 12/12/2020 and it still hasn’t shown up, tracking is static...shows it’s still on PA.

    Do you really think I can track/escalate it on my own or can you help here? Order #1149. Not sure what you expect me to do on my end by telling me to contact USPS who will tell me to pound sand.

    So unfortunately there isn’t anything I can do to make USPS as a whole function better. I’m sure it’s been in transit, but maybe not scanned or something when it should have been. I know it should have left PA because I physically handed your package to the USPS guy on 12/13.

    I’ve had other customers contact me because tracking shows no updates, and it was in their mailbox the next day, so I hope that happens in your case.

    Thank you for your continued patience as USPS is simply not able to keep up with the volume over the Holidays / under staffing due to Covid-19.
