Some folks have reported noise problems coming from that little brake cover gaurd thing. Maybe take it off, clean the threads and torque it back down.

I had an Energy Suspension kit years ago that came with polyurethane bushings. If you didn't use the grease that came with the kit, then the bushings squeaked enough to make you want to drive into a lake. I've not heard of problems with OEM bushings though, as they are usually quite a bit softer than the aftermarket stuff. Try grease, WD-40, loosening and re-torquing the bolts. If you do a lot of off-roading there might be another problem that is causing the squeak.
I've also had struts that squeaked, on compression as well as return. took a while to figure it out, but the wiper seal was what was causing the noise. It was so tight on the rod, that with every little bump, the things would squeak. I peeled the seal away from the rod enough to get the straw for the WD-40 in there and with a little spray, problem solved.
Give it a try, it's cheap and easy.

Any updates. My squeak is driving me nuts. I think I'm going to the dealer today. A whole can of lube and half can of WD-40 and the front still squeaks/creaks even when you get in and out of the truck! A guy posted something about rotating his spring 180 degrees and it fixed it?

Shadowfaulkin told me that it was because the guys who installed my bilstein 5100s didnt do it right and left the bushings at the normal level instead. so they were worked extra hard which could have caused them to wear out faster and squeak. still not 100% sure yet though.

from how I understand it, the bushings are set with the factory control arm at stock height. so they ride smoothly up and down and return to a level position. but when you raise the suspension any it causes the control arms to be at an angle and the bushings are now sitting at an already lets say "in use" angle so that they are constantly being worked. Because with the increase in height and the different angle on the UCA bushings he thinks that the guys that installed them didnt have them set in there right and that they were wearing faster and have finally wore out. and are beginning to rub. (I think that what what he was saying anyway) I am not a mechanic and that is the best way I can attempt to describe what he told me.

That doesn't sound right. I've never once heard anyone say anything before about messing with your bushings while changing struts. It is likely that since the stock UCA was designed to work at stock height and the lift is stressing the bushing and may have worn it out however.

Ah okay.... SO it is likely the bushings wore out on my UCA(s)?
