Well, I mean it could also be a large squirrel or less likely a raccoon.

Sounds like radiator mount bushing is worn out and moving around a bit.

Wish i knew... Lol I can't replicate it by pushing on the rear end so I don't think it's the leaf springs and the spare tire is snug.

Mine just started a few months ago and I hate driving with my windows down because of it

I have a squeak that sounds the same except mine is only when going over bumps.

I have tried to replicate it by bouncing the front end and rear end up and down and cant get it to happen

My dad had a huge squirrel living next to his battery in his F250. Did you pop the hood to look for anything OP?

Hard to tell in the video but it only really squeaks going over little bumps.

ok so maybe mine just hasn't gotten that bad. It used to only do it over pothole type bumps on the road and its slowly getting worse. I've even noticed it going across a crosswalk paint if it bumps up enough. Also If I hit a rumble strip line on the shoulder it turns into rapid fire squeak-squeak-squeak-squeak to the point it's almost a steady squeak

I had this. Greasing the prop shaft zerks fixed it. I have a creaking/rubbing sounds coming from the front-end going over bumps and driveways still though. Old/dry bushings maybe?

You should be able to just slide under the middle of the truck and see the shaft plainly. Zerks are on either end. I missed one way up towards the front and greased that recently. Took the chirping away. NLGI 2 grease is what's recommended I believe. There's a full how to thread on here that I followed. There's one zerk to not overfill so please research thoroughly first.

I crawled underneath my truck to grease my zerks the other day and i'm wondering if I have any?? I looked at the how to here on TW but it seems like they were just not there..

I did have all my u-joints replaced recently on the extended warranty extension program, would they have replaced them with the non-greasable ones?

The zerk fittings are inside the u-joints and can be easy to miss especially if they're covered in dirt/road grime. Also sometimes you have to move the truck forward or back to spin the driveshaft so you can see the zerks, depending on what direction they're pointing when you park.
