Not sure the dealer adding a new body mount and spacer will cure the problem, it will still be off center.
Unless they take the time to loosen the all the body mounts to re align the left front??
I suspect a die grinder to oblong the hole....

For the fix I took a reamer and "aligned" the holes and replaced the rubber body mount.
