I have a 5spd with 95k miles runs and drives great but lately a loud squealing noise has been happening and it gets louder the longer I drive. Here's a video. Any ideas.

Also when I spray water on the power steering belt the noise completely goes away for about 10 seconds or so so should I replace the belt it looks in great shape all 3 of them have no cracking and look relatively new. This noise started out of no where also and the trucks still drives perfect.

i would say it's either the belt or the tensioner. change the belt, it's simple insurance.
