Squeaking rear drum???

    265/65/r17 . fog lights. secondary air filter removal,AFE Pro S dry drop in. double din navigation HU 6.5" componet speakers in the back
    so ive had this squeking sound coming from the rear passenger side of the truck have been thinking it was the leaf springs. BUT... when i rotated my tires today i put that passenger rear tire back on and when i was pre tighning the lug nuts the tire moved a bit and the outer plate of the rear drum was actualy tryn to turn clockwise just a bit and sure enough i found the squeak was coming from that how can i fix this any suggestions??
