I guess you conveniently missed post 31 in which I stated I had already taken it to the dealer and they were unable to diagnose what was causing the squeaking noise. The step bars were installed by Southeast Toyota, the distributor.

And now 2 hours later it is not squeaking. May be a good time to add another mod: A FOR SALE SIGN.

Sounds like my bed springs before I got married. But that fixed the squeak.

Well a few hours later the squeak is back. Been driving all around town. No squeak. Pull in the driveway sounds like junk. Got one car for sale, got another one I bought my kid not titled yet and that kid has my spare car. Won't go in the shop yet but hopefully one day this week when I have something to drive. Just gotta drive it like it is. It is either the front uca bushing or something within 3" of that. Squeals with each vertical movement of the right front wheel. I am tempted to spray wd40 to pinpoint it but then it probably won't squeal at the dealer. I just can't believe it. That is not why I waited and searched and searched and waited for a 2016 and sold my problem free 2014 F150 V8 with 10k miles and my excellent 08 v6 Prerunner with 60k miles. Between the slippity doo dah transmission, the occasional rainy day sound system continuous reboots and this po' azz sounding suspension I can say I am having some regrets. I told myself to wait a year for the bugs to be worked out but was sold on this body style, ride quality and features. I remember servicing this same sound at a Ford dealership back in the 70's. Not real impressed right now. So when is the new Ford Bronco and Ranger hitting the showroom.

This was exactly the same thing mine was doing. Dealer said it was most likely a defective bushing. My service repair says "found bushing from the front of the truck frame broken, and rubbing against the frame causing noise. Replaced bushing"

If you have a hard time replicating it try jiggling the wheel under 10mph on uneven terrain. the tech at my dealer caught it thankfully.

if you can get a tech to drive it with you and hear the noise they should be able to locate it.

How long did you drive it with that noise.

Purchased the truck Sept 2015, it started making the noise November/December 2015. Brought it to the dealer twice in Feb & march.

    So about 3 months.

Thats good to know. I only first heard it today. Not gonna make a panic run to the dealer then. Next time I hear it I will make a video with audio to show the dealer. Then what can they say. We could not find a problem.

SOLVED. I don't know if this will work for you guys or not but it fixed my problem. Had a squeeky suspension. Took it into the dealer, turned out the spare tire wasn't seated correctly in it's cradle and there was some sort of spring mechanism that had been extended. Now that it is seated correctly, I haven't heard the squeek since last friday and 500 miles ago.

Wish it was that simple. Mine is absolutely in the control arm area. Heard it several times today. Whatever it is has a very annoying sound to it. Quite embarrassing in a new truck with 2800 miles on it. My concern is, even if it is a simple body bushing, how long will it be before another body bushing fails. If it turns out to be a control arm bushing then I will lose faith in my truck. Probably Chinese neoprene bushings anyway.

I had the same issue mine. Took it to the dealership and it wasn't the suspension. After we both investigated we found it to be the spare tire touching the frame. After centering and tightening the spare tire the squeak disappeared.

Just to cover the bases I will check my spare. I know my noise is in the front and not in the spare tire. Happens on every little dip and every time I make a turn. Right (passenger) front wheel behind top of tire where uca, spring and top strut mount are located. Can hear it loudly up front sitting in driveway with someone else rocking the truck. It does get louder as I drive it. Cold truck no noise. 1-2 miles later it won't stop. If it turns out to be the spare I will be amazed.

I thought it was my front at first too because it was constant at 15 - 20mph and at every little bump. Could only hear it with the windows down. Then I thought it was the leaf spring bearings. Turned out to be the spare. Point is I obviously had a hard time locating the noise by driving it.

I just laid under it. Someone bounced the bed up and down. Only noise was up front. Walked to right front tire. He rocked the front. Screams at me up front. I don't think that is the spare in the back of the truck making this noise. I will try to upload a video with sound.

Kinda hard to diagnose from a chair in Texas but past experience with squeaks up front have been loose shocks/struts, old rubber in the suspension components (would not be your issue) or a loose motor mount.
