I will start by saying that I love my RC but this has been the squeakiest vehicle I have ever owned. And I have owned a lot of vehicles. Had some squeaks in the springs, squeaks in the clutch pedal, squeaks in the brake pedal. Those are easily rectifiable with the appropriate lube. Yesterday I noticed my seat springs are now squeaking. HTF am I supposed to silence those? It's a good thing I consider this a character trait. I don't have many more decibels left to drown it out with the stereo.

The little noises drive me nuts, too. On my old truck I would fix something and then something else would break. The cycle would stop if you left something you can live with broken that's only annoying but not critical. That's what I'm doing with my Taco. I have squeaky suspension bushings that I've come to term with.

It’s a feature in out trucks..... I’ve trained myself to ignore them. It was hard to cause I always wanted to fix every little thing, but just got tired of noise, squeak, ping, pong, creek. Fix one and another would pop up. Like herpes.

I have to laugh about it and say that's one of its enduring characteristics. As I said, I love the thing regardless of the squeaks. Life's too short to sweat the little things.

I just started removing the parts that squeak. So far the sway bar is gone... next it's going to be replacing the stupid right lower ball joint.
